OUR 7 DAYS AFTER-SALES
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund and return.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
Request your Return Needs and Order Number by emailing info@kitchatease.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason.
Upon approval you will receive the address where you can mail the product you would like to return.
Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
RETURN & REFUND AVAILABLE
Damaged or Incorrect Products: We will cover the return shipping cost.
Customer Error (Size, Color, Quantity): Customers will cover the return shipping cost.
RETURN & REFUND UNAVAILABLE
Return request is made after our after-sales period.
Product has been used or partially consumed.
Product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Product is no longer in its original condition or packaging.
Product is returned without all its original parts, accessories, or free gifts.
Incorrect or erroneous addresses leading to the inability to delivery.
PACKAGES LOSS
If your tracking information hasn't been updated for an extended period, it may suggest a loss during transit. In such instances, you have the choice to request a refund or have us arrange for a replacement shipment.
If your package is lost during delivery or marked as delivered but you haven't received it, it could be due to an error by your local facility, please reach out to your local facility for help.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
